The guy’s quickly had the chandelier in the guest bedroom on the dimmer switch. The guys are excellent representatives reflecting the standards that you and Carl, have established at CTS.

Work was arranged via phone with the office manage who was very pleasant, helpful in her patience determining the nature of the service requested and scheduling the work to be done at a time convenient to the customer. Work scheduled on third work day after calling for service, The service person arrived at the time agreed upon and was a gentleman in his behavior. He possessed a professionally acceptable and quiet manner. His work was neatly and quickly done. He made a careful and successful effort to not leave any trash around or physical markings on the ceiling surface.

Carl and his team were extremely professional and answered my many questions about types of heat and placement of wall heaters for most efficient use. Took the time to explain the details and use instructions and patiently answered my thousand questions until I was sure I had all the info I needed. Very thorough. I highly recommend Carl and all his employees – they are always professional and I have trusted many other electrical jobs to them with the same excellent results. They also recently rewired my ceiling fans and wall outlets and installed under cabinet lighting in the kitchen.
Description of work: Even though it is the end of the season, I had a few wall heaters installed to supplement my heat pump.
The electrician was courteous, prompt, & knowledgeable. He clearly explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. he was clean and neat and did a great job. This was the second job CTS electric did for me and I was satisfied with both. They do a good job without overcharging. I highly recommend them.
Description of work: Installed 2 closet LED lights & 1 bathroom LED light. Replaced kitchen receptacle with new GFCI receptacle. Reinstalled a light fixture in powder room to fit flush against the wall. Provided the LED light fixtures.
The technician was prompt and courteous and found and repaired the issue very quickly. He had all the equipment and parts needed in his truck. He cleaned the area very thoroughly before leaving.

The electrician, Ben, was thorough and took time to explain what he was doing. My Whole House Fan was making a funny noise, and he was able to resolve this issue. He was also very considerate of my home and family while he was here.

CTS Electric placed an unswitched outlet in dining room ceiling and installed my fan. Although house was built in 2001, electricians encountered unexpected construction quirks and consequently had to use a great deal of imagination and expend quite a lot of time. They took this all in stride w/out complaint. What most amazed me was that they stuck exactly to the estimated cost. The estimate was provided quickly and was very reasonable. Fan installation was priced 1/3 to 1/4 of what Amazon was quoting.. Work was also scheduled quickly. Installer arrived early. I was allowed to pay on CTS’s website after the crew had left.. All communication was clear and conscientious. Fan and its light work beautifully
CTS Electric replaced and installed baseboard heaters and recessed lighting in the family room. Both jobs are very well done. Neat and clean professional work. LED lighting is fantastic, they understood my requests for the type and color of lighting. Same with the baseboard heater installation – clearly understood my requirement and gave me guidance to choose the right one for our house.
CTS Electric responded to our inquiry about installing a generator in a prompt and courteous manner. Since we are in a homeowners association, we are still trying to get approval. Karen in the office was especially effective in getting any answers we needed and/or setting up our appointments. We also had other electrical work done to our satisfaction. Carl and his associate rewired our 200 amp panel to allow for installing a portable generator to be used in the circuit by plugging it in to and external plug, which they also installed. Carl also ordered and delivered a generator appropriate to our job size. They were great! Gave me estimates in advance, arrived when scheduled and completed the job in timely fashion. You can’t ask for more than that!
CTS Electric installed whole house electric generator. Installation of Automatic Transfer Switches, rewired electrical panel and install outside unit. Was responsible for Turn Key Installation requiring permits, Use and Occupancy Certificates, subcontractors for connection of propane tank to unit.
The installation was done in a professional and workman like manner. Completed in the time frame committed to. Neat and professionally installed. Have and will continue to recommend CTS to friends family and neighbors. Customer care and support after the installation has been above and beyond expectations. There is no hesitancy to recommend CTS. I am a Realtor with a Telecommunications background, I see lots of installations; this is one if not the best installation I have seen. Very friendly person on the phone. Very responsive – I left a message and she called back right away. They were delayed in getting out due to safety issues with the amount of snow on the ground and being able to securely plant a ladder, but they did a good job at a fair price, so should I need an electrician in the future, I will be calling them.
When we moved into our house we felt that the cable connections needed to be moved to a location that worked better for our furniture. Rather than run the cable under the carpet or along the baseboard we wanted a professional electrician to move the outlets and add power outlets behind the TV. When I contacted CTS I was happy to actually speak to someone at the company and not get another call service. I felt that the person who answered the phone (Karen) really cared about the project. Carl gave us an estimate the same day and the work was done at the end of the week. The workers were knowledgeable and professional. Everything works! Great to work with.
Three people came out from CTS Electric. They were very good and very reliable. I would use them again.
Carl’s estimates were thorough, detailing all the work to be done, time frame, and how the project would be accomplished. He also listed options and how we could save money. He was timely, worked neatly.
Carl and his team at CTS were amazing. We have been having extremely high Electric bills. We also had a couple of circuits that were bad. We had an initial estimate from someone else ($18K) and we wanted a second opinion.
Carl was very responsive and sympathetic to our high bills. He gave us advice on how to deal with the power company to make sure the issue was ours. He was exactly correct. The power company sent someone right over to make sure that the system itself was safe and functioning properly. (Other Electrician wanted to upgrade everything) We picked Carl.
They then went to work and identified our Circuit issue was not as bad as we thought. He identified that our Recessed light issue was not only dangerous but may be an issue with the numerous other recessed lights in the home. They replaced the bad light quickly. He then checked all of the other lights in the home and found that half of the 44 recessed lights were an issue as well. Carl recommended a low cost and high efficiency LED replacement to solve our problem. They then went to work on our System Investigation. They spent a few hours methodically checking every breaker, line and electrical component making sure they were secure, safe and clean. Carl and Team CTS not only saved us a ton of money, they were professional and committed to making sure that all of the work was perfect.

We were having some issues with the power in our house, some things were working but others seemed to have no power at all. We contacted CTS Electric and Carl came out within just a few hours of the initial phone call. He quickly diagnosed the problem while checking multiple areas to make sure he had properly isolated and identified the issue. Since the solution involved calling PECO, he gave me instructions on exactly what to say and tell PECO when I called and the issue was resolved by PECO promptly.
